This site is for those whom are having difficulty, or have found the service that Stores Online (SOL) offers inadequate. This site is offered to SOL members, or potential members, whom need a place to vent frustration which is a result of the lack of service, knowledge, or overall performance of StoresOnLine (SOL).

This site, and all those who post their circumstances, hope to improve the business ethics of SOL. Examples of those improvements being, stopping pressure sales tactics, improving technical experience and timely response to technical questions, offering complete refunds to those whom have had poor service, and developing an overall more professional service.
